ARUSHI SINGH (FENCING)

Secured Gold Medal at National Level of SGFI and got selected for International School Federation World School Championship to be held at Morocco from 2nd May 2018 to  9th May 2018.

VIVAAN SARAOGI

Vivaan Saraogi , is wonder boy of chess studying in class II-A .  His achievements figure in U-7, U-9 and open category. He was ranked Best boy in U-7 category .
S
elected to play Nationals 2018 to be held at Tumkur Karnataka. He contributed in Team India to win Gold Medal in 14th Asian Schools Rapid Chess Championship 2018- a Team event at Srilanka. He won the III position in U-7 category to win bronze medal and was felicitated by president of Asian chess Federation at Srilanka.  At Tetrasoft Hyderabad Marriatt  International OPEN FIDE  Rating Chess Tournament, Hyderabad he secured the First position and received certificate, medal and a cash prize of Rs. 10,000/-.  Vivaan earned highest 144.4 ELO Points to make him rank India’s #   Under-7 chess player with rating 1328 .

TABLE TENNIS :

In the interschool Table Tennis Tournament held at DPS School, Lava on 11th and 12th January, 2018, U-14 girls got silver medal in team event (Jui Pendharkar, Arya Kurup, Sapphira Thomas and Mahima Gupta) and U-14 Girls category Jui Pendharkar got Silver Medal in Single event category.

In the chess tournament U-11 age group held at Pallotti School and Somalwar Nikalas School, Nagpur the following students bagged 1st Runners-up amongst the 400 students. Silver Medal, Trophy and Certificates.  The participants are –
